Return Policy: If the Floor-Board is found to be defective for material or workmanship the purchaser has 30 days from date of delivery to process a return. Refund will be made once the Floor-Board is returned to Vivify Sales and Marketing Ltd. Refund will be by check only, in Canadian dollars and will exclude all shipping charges. Shipping charges for all returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. I am confident that once you have and begin using the Floor-Board you will not be concerned with returning the Floor-Board.
